Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.  Please note orders are not processed or shipped from Thursday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.  With a flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $100.00 and free ground shipping for orders over $100.00, we ensure timely delivery within the continental United States.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS or UPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Pillar Scientific is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

We work hard to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases but only exchange goods that are damaged or defective and accept no returns without prior authorization.  If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 405.524.7500,  with details of the product and the defect.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a store credit.

To make a return:

  • Items must be unopened/unused/unworn

  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.  Shipping expenses to return product are non-refundable.
