How can I place an order for tax exempt entities?

Are there shipping fees?

For orders less than $100.00 (exclusive of tax), a $10.00 shipping fee will be added. However, orders in excess of $100.00 qualify for FREE standard ground shipping. It's important to note that Pillar Scientific does not ship outside the continental United States.

Why is the product I ordered different in color than what I bought on the site?

How fast is shipping?

At Pillar Scientific, our in-stock promise ensures that hundreds of our best-selling products are always stocked and ready for immediate shipment.  We are committed to providing our customers with timely access to the products they need most, and we strive to fulfill orders in a prompt and efficient manner.   Orders received electronically or by phone prior to 1:00 PM CST will be shipped within 48 hours with the exception of Adventure in Science Kits.  Kits are shipped Thursday and Fridays to ensure Kits will arrive at the beginning of the week instead of sitting on docks over the weekend.

Packaging looked damaged on arrival. Can I get a return?

Pillar Scientific is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
